Information
: Moon Dance Zion is an Equinox // Full Moon gathering in Zion Canyon's
infamous artistic community, Springdale, Utah.
-All ages until 9 PM afterward kids admitted with parent/guardian.
-Kids under 12 will be admitted free with a canned food donation.
-Full Moon Visual Effects & "Lights Out" for a special moonlit portion of the evening, weather permitting.

About The Venue:
Open air, rain or shine, the O.C. Tanner Amphitheater seats 2,000+ and has an enclosed
conference space where a second sound setup will provide a fun all ages
'Baby Deejay' dance area, plus a place to stay dry in case of rain or cold.

About The Area:
The tiny town of Springdale is located 3.5 hours north of Las Vegas or
4.5 hours south of Salt Lake City by car, and is surrounded by the cliffs of Zion National Park.

Zion is majestic and has towering red rocks that make southern Utah a world wide destination.
There's plenty of lodging in town, the National Park
and town offer camping and great places to eat, of course there's hiking, bike rentals, world class art and more...

On the same day as Moon Dance Zion, Springdale is hosting a parade,
art contest and dinner and dancing at a local venue which will play host to live music as well.
The entire town will be celebrating the fine art of Green Jello sculpture for St. Patrick's Day.
Great time to visit Zion for anyone who's never been before....

The O.C. Tanner Amphitheater is an open air venue...
Stages will be covered but the seating and dance areas are exposed.
September is usually the best time of year for nice weather in Zion.
Rain is rare but when it does happen, it just makes the desert more beautiful, so come prepared.

bike if possible as parking will be difficult to find!!!
If you drive, please park responsibly and please use provided restrooms.
